1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order only if the product has not been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refund Policy
Refunds are eligible only under the following conditions:
✔ Wrong product received
✔ Defective or damaged product on arrival
✔ Missing items
✔ Payment deducted but order not created
Refund is NOT applicable in the following cases:

Incorrect address provided

Product color variation due to display differences

Product used or unboxed without a valid issue
3. Return / Replacement Policy
You can request a replacement if:

The product is damaged on delivery

Replacement window: 48 hours after delivery
Customers must provide unboxing video proof for physical damage claims.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
