1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order only if the product has not been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are eligible only under the following conditions:

✔ Wrong product received

✔ Defective or damaged product on arrival

✔ Missing items

✔ Payment deducted but order not created


Refund is NOT applicable in the following cases:

  • Customer changed mind

  • Physical damage caused by the customer

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Product color variation due to display differences

  • Product used or unboxed without a valid issue


3. Return / Replacement Policy

You can request a replacement if:

  • The product is damaged on delivery

  • The product received is wrong

  • The product is not functioning as described

Replacement window: 48 hours after delivery
Customers must provide unboxing video proof for physical damage claims.


4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refund approval: 2–3 working days

  • Refund completion: 5–7 working days

  • Refund will be credited to the original mode of payment
